Removal & Installation (ECHO)

- Drain cooling system. Remove air cleaner hose that fits between throttle body and air cleaner assembly. Disconnect control cable(s), coolant hoses, PCV hose and electrical connectors at throttle body. Remove bolts/nuts, throttle body and gasket from intake manifold. Remove retaining screws, Idle Air Control (IAC) valve and gasket from bottom throttle body (if necessary).
- To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW gasket. Tighten throttle body bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill cooling system.
