Possible Causes

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Lexus ES 330. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1795 could be caused by occupant classification ECU circuit malfunction, occupant classification ECU malfunction, short to ground in passenger-side seat belt switch circuit for more than 2 seconds or occupant classification ECU counts 50 cycles of ignition switch (LOCK-to-ON-to-LOCK equals one cycle) with occupant classification ECU power circuit malfunction.
