Inspection Procedure

  1. Check The DTC Once More. 

    PREPARATION:

    1. Clear the DTC. See step 1)  e or  f under PRE-CHECK.
    2. Turn the ignition switch OFF.

    Check  : turn the ignition switch ON, and check if the same DTC is stored in the memory.

    1. NO  : No problem.
      2. NOTE: When replacing the ECU, perform the zero point calibration. See step  6 under PRE-CHECK.
    2. YES  : Check and replace skid control ECU.
