Inspection Procedure

Check Water Valve Damper Control Servomotor
Preparation:

Remove the REAR A/C EVAPORATOR .

Check:

Connect positive (+) lead to terminal 5 and negative (-) lead to terminal 4.

OK:

The lever turns smoothly to Warm side.

Check:

Connect positive (+) lead to terminal 4 and negative (-) lead to terminal 5.

OK:

The lever turns smoothly to Cool side.

1. NG: Replace water valve damper control servomotor assembly.
2. OK: Go to next step.
Check harness and connector between integration control and panel and water valve damper control servomotor assembly.
1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector.
2. OK: Check and replace integration control and panel.
