Inspection Procedure

Check Front Air Mix Damper Control Servomotor
Preparation:

Remove AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR .

Check:

Connect positive (+) lead to terminal 1 and negative (-) lead to terminal 2.

OK:

The lever turns smoothly to Warm side.

Check:

Connect positive (+) lead to terminal 2 and negative (-) lead to terminal 1.

OK:

The lever turns smoothly to Cool side.
1. NG: Replace front air mix damper control servomotor assembly.
2. OK: Go to next step.
Check Harness And Connector Between Integration Control And Panel And Front Air Mix Damper Control Servomotor Assembly
1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector.
2. OK: Check and replace integration control and panel.
