Removal & Installation

To locate ventilation valve, see Fig 1. Disconnect PCV hose. Remove ventilation valve cover. Remove ventilation valve.
To install, apply adhesive (part no. 08833-00070, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent) to 2 or 3 threads. Install PCV valve and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . After tightening, rotate PCV valve clockwise to face in direction shown in figure. See Fig 2.
Install ventilation valve cover and connect PCV hose.
