Circuit Description

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Toyota Tundra, 2002 Toyota Tundra, and 2001 Toyota Tundra. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

This sensor detects deceleration of vehicle. Deceleration sensor signal is used in ABS control if sensor functions abnormally. If any trouble occurs in deceleration sensor circuit, ECU cuts off current to ABS solenoid relay and prohibits ABS operation.
