ABS Solenoid Diagnostic Procedure

Turn ignition OFF. Disconnect ABS ECU wiring harness connector. Measure voltage between terminals +BS and GND (for solenoid relay) and +BM and GND (for motor relay).See ABS ECU PIN VOLTAGES . See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If voltage is 10-14 volts, and when DTC is cleared you get the same DTC, check contact condition of each connection. If connections are normal, ECU may be defective. If voltage is not 10-14 volts, check and repair ABS1 fuses and/or wiring harness and connectors as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
