Installation (Front)

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Lexus LS 430, 2002 Lexus LS 430, and 2001 Lexus LS 430. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install 2 cushions and spacers.
  2. Install 2 nuts and front height control valve. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. If replacing O-ring, coat with MP grease. Push air tubes straight in until they click into place.
  4. Connect harness connector.
  5. Check for leaks. See CONNECTIONS OF TUBES & HOSES FOR AIR LEAKAGE  under COMPONENT TESTS.
  6. Install fender liner and front wheel. Tighten lug nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
