Door Lock Assembly (Front): Removal

  1. Remove the front door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL (FRONT) .
  2. Disconnect the 2 links from the outside handle and key cylinder. See Figure.
  3. Remove the 4 Torx screws and door lock.
    4. NOTE: Remove the door lock through the service hole.
  4. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
  5. Remove the 2 screws and door lock cover from the door lock.
