Rear window defogger system uses a heating wire grid bonded to inside of window. Electrical power to heating grid is supplied by defogger relay, which is controlled by defogger switch. Defogger switch has an integrated timer that turns system off after 15 minutes of operation. Outside rearview mirror heaters are available as an option.
