Test No. 6: All Illumination Lights Do Not Light Up

- Check PANEL (5-amp) fuse in driver side junction block located under left side of instrument panel. See Figure. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse is defective, repair short in wiring connected to fuse. See INTERIOR LIGHTS in SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article. After repairs have been made, perform confirmation test. See CONFIRMATION TEST .
- Test light control rheostat. See LIGHT CONTROL RHEOSTAT under COMPONENT TESTS. If light control rheostat is okay, go to next step. If light control rheostat is not okay, replace light control rheostat. See LIGHT CONTROL RHEOSTAT under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. After repairs have been made, perform confirmation test. See CONFIRMATION TEST .
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect 13-pin electrical harness connector 1A from front of driver side junction block. See Fig 1. Remove instrument cluster 22-pin electrical harness connector C9 and multi-display information center 22-pin electrical harness connector M3. See Figure. Check Green wire between driver side junction block 13-pin electrical harness connector 1A terminal No. 4 and instrument cluster 22-pin electrical harness connector C9 terminal A16 and multi-display information center 22-pin electrical harness connector M3 terminal A3. See INTERIOR LIGHTS in SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article. If circuit is faulty, repair and retest system. If circuit is okay, replace instrument cluster and/or multi-display information center. After repairs have been made, perform confirmation test. See CONFIRMATION TEST .
