Driver Side Junction Block Assembly (Body ECU) Left Side

  1. Disconnect the body ECU connector B6. See Fig 1.
  2. Check the voltage of each terminal of the wire harness side connector. See INSPECTING DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (BODY ECU) LEFT SIDE VOLTAGE  table. If the value is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness side.
    INSPECTING DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (BODY ECU) LEFT SIDE VOLTAGE

    Tester Connection Condition Voltage
    B6-9 (PD) - Ground Turning Driver's Door Lock Cylinder From Neutral To Unlock By Key For 2.5 Sec. Or More) 0 Volt - 10-14 Volts
    B6-1 (DCTY) - Ground Driver's Door Fully Closed - Opened 0 Volt - 10-14 Volts
