Seat Heater Inspection

- Inspect the right hand and then the left hand front seat cushion heater assembly. Inspect the seat cushion thermostat continuity:
- Disconnect the seat back heater from the seat cushion heater.
- Heat the temperature sensor and thermostat with a light.
- Inspect the seat cushion heater continuity between terminals. See Fig 1.
- If continuity is not as specified, replace the seat heater cushion assembly. See SEAT HEATER (SEAT CUSHION) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
- Inspect the right hand and then left hand front seat back heater assembly continuity. See Fig 2. If continuity is not as specified, replace the seat heater cushion assembly. See SEAT HEATER (SEAT CUSHION) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
