Removal (Camry Solara)

- Remove "V" bank cover if necessary to access ignition coils mounted on top of valve cover. See Figure.
- Disconnect electrical connector at ignition coil. To disconnect spark plug wire at ignition coil, use screwdriver to lift upward on lock claw. See Fig 1.
- Disconnect holder at ignition coil. Pull upward on grommet to disconnect spark plug wire from ignition coil. See Figure. DO NOT pull on spark plug wire.
- Remove bolt and ignition coil.
