Removal (Sequoia, Tundra 4.7L & 4Runner 4.7L)

- Drain cooling system.
- Remove throttle body cover located above throttle body.
- Remove air intake hose with intake air connector located between throttle body and air cleaner assembly.
- Disconnect throttle control connector at throttle body.
- Disconnect PCV and coolant by-pass hoses at throttle body and remove ventilation cap from throttle body. See Figure.
- Remove bolts/nuts and disconnect throttle body from intake manifold.
- Disconnect remaining coolant by-pass hose from bottom of throttle body.
- Remove throttle body and gasket.
