Removal (Land Cruiser, Sequoia, Tundra 4.7L & 4Runner 4.7L)

  1. Fuel pressure regulator is bolted to center of passenger's side fuel rail. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE .
  2. On Land Cruiser, remove intake manifold cover located on top of engine, above intake manifold.
  3. On all models, place shop towel below fuel pressure regulator to absorb any gasoline.
  4. Disconnect hose and fuel return hose from fuel pressure regulator. See Fig 1.
  5. Remove bolts and fuel pressure regulator with "O" ring from fuel rail. Remove "O" ring from fuel pressure regulator.
