After confirming DTCs, use scan tool to access CURRENT DATA to confirm throttle valve opening percentage with throttle open and closed. See THROTTLE VALVE OPENING PERCENTAGE table. Using scan tool, read freeze frame data. Freeze frame records engine conditions when malfunction is detected.
