Inspection Procedure

Disconnect the pattern select switch connector. While pressing the pattern control switch in the snow position, check for continuity between terminals No. 3 and 4. See Figure. Release the pattern control switch and check for continuity. Continuity should exist when the switch is pressed, and not exist when the switch is released. If switch does not operate as described, replace pattern select switch.
