Removal & Installation (Celica)

CAUTION: When servicing power steering pressure switch, use care not to drop power steering pressure switch or switch may be damaged.
  1. Power steering pressure switch is screwed into side of power steering pump, near pressure hose fitting. Disconnect electrical connector at power steering pressure switch. Remove power steering pressure switch.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten power steering pressure switch to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill power steering pump with Dexron-III ATF.
