If when sun roof is closing, it stops and reverses direction, perform the following: with ignition on and sun roof in open position, operate close switch for at least 10 seconds until sun roof is completely closed. This will prohibit jam protection system operation. Go to next step.
Check sun roof operation. If sun roof system operates normally, a temporary malfunction occurred. If sun roof system does not operate normally, check for a mechanical problem.
