Celica (1999) & RAV4 (4-Door)
Unplug sun roof motor connector. Using fused jumper wires, connect positive battery lead to sun roof motor terminal No. 1 and negative lead to terminal No. 3. See Fig 1. Motor should rotate smoothly. Reverse battery leads. Motor should rotate smoothly in opposite direction. If motor operates as specified, check sun roof motor circuit breaker operation. See SUN ROOF MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKER . If motor does not operate as specified, replace sun roof motor.
