Remove dimmer relay located on left side of engine compartment, in relay block No. 2. Continuity should exist between relay terminals No. 1 and 4, and terminals No. 2 and 4 at all times. See Fig 1. Continuity should not exist between relay terminals No. 3 and 4. Apply battery voltage across relay terminals No. 2 and 4. Continuity should now exist between relay terminals No. 3 and 4. If continuity is not as specified, replace relay.
