Removal & Installation (Tacoma 2WD Models & 4WD W/Regular Cab, & T100 2WD 1/2 Ton)

  1. Drain cooling system. Remove nuts, EGR pipe and gaskets. Disconnect coolant hose and vacuum hose at EGR valve. Remove retaining nuts, EGR valve and gasket.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW gaskets. Tighten EGR valve retaining nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill cooling system.
