Diagnostic Procedure

Disconnect ABS/TRAC actuator 5-pin connector. Connect jumper wires between battery positive terminal and actuator terminal No. 2, and battery negative terminal and terminal No. 1. See Figure. Ensure pump motor operates. If pump motor operates, check for open circuit in wiring harness between motor relay, actuator and ABS/TRAC ECU. Repair as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If pump motor does not operate, replace ABS/TRAC actuator.
