Oil Pressure Gauge Resistance Test

Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Using an ohmmeter, check resistance between oil gauge terminals on rear of instrument cluster. See Figure. See OIL PRESSURE GAUGE RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS table. Replace gauge if resistance is not within specification.
