Center Differential Control Pressure Test (A-241H)

- Perform test at normal operating fluid temperature of 122-176°F (50-80°C). Measure line pressure. Remove transaxle test plug and connect pressure gauge. See Fig 1.
- Fully apply parking brake. Start engine. Shift into "D" range. Measure center differential pressure at specified speeds. See CENTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SPECIFICATIONS table.
- Incorrect center differential pressure may be caused by incorrect line pressure, leakage at center differential control pressure regulator valve or faulty center differential control valve.
