Rear Planetary Gear: Inspection

Measure rear planetary pinion gear thrust clearance. Standard clearance is .0080-.0200" (.200-.500 mm). Maximum clearance is .020" (.50 mm). Replace planetary gear assembly if clearance is excessive.
