Oil Pressure Gauge Resistance Test
Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Using an ohmmeter, check resistance between oil gauge terminals on rear of instrument cluster. See Figure, Figure, Figure or Figure . See OIL PRESSURE GAUGE RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS table. Replace gauge if resistance is not within specification.

Oil pressure test terminal identification only available for certain models at time of publication.
