Wiring Harness Operational Test

  1. Disconnect harness from turbo pressure sensor located on right rear of firewall. Turn ignition on. Gauge needle should move to top of gauge.
  2. Jump terminal No. 2 of harness to ground. SeeFigure. Gauge needle should move to bottom of gauge. If needle functions correctly, test turbo pressure sensor and meter drive circuit. If needle does not function correctly, test turbo gauge resistance.
