Instrument Cluster: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Before installing steering wheel, center clockspring. Ensure front wheels are straight ahead.
Turn clockspring cable counterclockwise by hand until resistance is felt. Rotate clockspring clockwise 2-3 turns and align Red marks on clockspring with outer housing.
Install steering wheel and nut. Tighten steering wheel nut to 26 ft. lbs. (35 N.m). Install remaining components in reverse order of removal procedure.
