Instrument Cluster: (Previa)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove steering wheel pad and nut. Remove steering wheel using steering wheel puller. Remove steering column covers. Remove hood release lever. Remove finish panel and knee panel from below steering column. See Fig 1.
Remove combination switch, and turn signal bracket from steering column. Remove instrument panel finish panel. Remove instrument cluster finish panel, and disconnect connectors. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten steering wheel nut to 25 ft. lbs. (35 N.m).
