  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove steering wheel pad. Remove steering wheel nut. Remove steering wheel using steering wheel puller. Remove steering column covers.
  2. Remove retaining screws. Remove instrument cluster finish panel. Disconnect wiring harness connectors. Remove retaining screws and register. Remove retaining screws, and pull instrument cluster out.
  3. Disconnect wiring harness connectors and speedometer cable. Remove instrument cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten steering wheel nut to 25 ft. lbs. (35 N.m).
