Wheel Bearing & Axle Carrier: Installation

  1. Pack new bearings with grease. Using Bearing Driver (09316-60010 and 09608-32010), press new bearings into axle housing and install new snap ring.
  2. Using Seal Driver (09608-32010), drive in new outer oil seal. Using Seal Driver (09223-15010), drive in new inner oil seal. Install backing plate to axle carrier. Using Axle Installer (09608-35014), press axle carrier with bearing over hub. Continue installation in reverse order.
