Oil Pan: Installation

  1. To install oil pan, reverse removal procedure. Apply one continuous bead of gasket Sealant (08826-00080) to the mating surface of oil pan.
  2. Sealer should be applied to the inner surface around the bolt hole area. Tighten oil pan to specification. Fill engine with oil. Start engine and check for leaks. Check front wheel alignment.
