Stabilizer Bar: Removal

NOTE: If the ball joint stud turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench to hold the stud.

Remove the nut, and disconnect the stabilizer bar and link. See Fig 1.
Hold the stabilizer link with a wrench, and remove the upper nut, retainers, cushions and link. See Fig 2. Discard upper nut.
Remove the bolts and stabilizer bar with cushions and brackets.
