Vacuum Pump: Reassembly

Install blades with rounded end out. Blade and rotor surface must be even. Lightly coat new "O" ring and insert into grooves. Place end plate on case. Align pin hole and drive in pin. Pin must protrude above cover .12" (3 mm). Install check valve with new gasket.
