Removal & Installation

Drain cooling system and loosen drive belt. Disconnect radiator and heater hoses at pump. Loosen and remove fan belt. Remove mounting nuts attaching fan clutch to fan and pulley to pump. Remove drive belt adjusting bar. Remove water pump. To install water pump, reverse removal procedure.
