Pinion Seal Replacement (On Vehicle): Removal

Mark drive shaft and drive pinion flange position. Disconnect drive shaft. Loosen staked portion of pinion shaft nut. Remove nut. Remove pinion flange. Remove oil seal. Remove oil slinger. Remove front bearing. Remove collapsible spacer.

NOTE: Toyota recommends installing new collapsible spacer whenever oil seal is replaced.
