Water Pump: Installation

  1. To install, mount heater outlet pipe, with new gasket, to pump. Place new "O" ring gasket on clean block surface and mount pump. Install new "O" ring onto dipstick tube and mount to block.
  2. Complete installation by reversing removal procedure. Adjust drive belt tensions, fill coolant system, start engine and check for leaks.
