(Camshaft Oil Seal Retainer Installed)

Use a knife to cut off lip of oil seal. Using screwdriver, carefully pry out seal. DO NOT  damage seal lip contact surface of camshaft or seal contact surface of retainer. Inspect seal contact surface of camshaft for cracks or damage and replace as necessary. Apply grease to new oil seal lip. Using Seal Installer (09214-60010), replace oil seal.
