Water Pump: Installation

  1. Assemble water pump with new gasket. Place new "O" ring into pump cover groove. Install pump assembly with 3 bolts in reverse order of removal. See Figure.
  2. Install heater pipe with new gasket. Connect related hoses and switch. Install timing and drive belts. Reverse removal procedure to install remaining components. Fill cooling system with coolant, start engine and check for leaks.
