Rear Parking Brake: Installation
- Apply non-melting grease to both sliding surfaces of shoes and adjusting screw set. Connect parking brake lever to cable. Slide rear shoe between seat of hold-down spring and backing plate. Install tension spring on rear shoe. Connect front shoe to tension spring.
- Slide adjusting screw set between front and rear shoes. Slide front shoe between hold-down spring and backing plate. Install front return spring. Install shoe strut and spring. Install rear return spring. Align groove of rear axle shaft flange with service hole on disc and install disc.
