Wheel Bearing: Installation

  1. Ensure that all bearings are packed with MP grease. Coat inside of hub with MP grease. Install inner bearing into hub. Drive new oil seal into hub and coat seal lip with MP grease.
  2. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Install disc brake caliper to steering knuckle and install 4WD hubs. See AUTOMATIC & FREE WHEELING HUB REMOVAL and INSTALLATION procedures in this article.
