Installation (Pickup & 4Runner)

Apply grease to oil seal. Using Installer (09550-00020 ), install oil seal. Install differential tube. Install new snap ring on front axle shaft. Using slide hammer, install front axle shaft. Check front axle shaft runout. If runout exceeds .008" (.20 mm), replace shaft. Install differential assembly.
