Substrate - Seat Back - 2nd Row - LH - Remove And Replace: Install
- Position the LH 2nd row microphone assembly onto the LH 2nd row seat back substrate, and then install the clips (x3) and tabs (x2) that attach the harness to the substrate.
- Install the clip that attaches the LH 2nd row microphone harness to the LH 2nd row seat back substrate.
- Install the LH 2nd row seat back substrate into the cushion assembly.
- Pull the top portion of LH 2nd row seat back trim up and onto the LH 2nd row seat back substrate.
- Secure the hooks (x6) and clips (x2) that attach the top portion of LH 2nd row seat back trim to the LH 2nd row seat back substrate.
- Fasten clips (x4) that attach the LH 2nd row seat back trim to the LH 2nd row seat back substrate.
- Secure the hooks (x4) that attach the bottom portion of LH 2nd row seat back trim to the LH 2nd row seat back substrate.
- Fasten the clips (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row backrest cushion heat pad harness to the LH 2nd row seat back substrate.
- Position the LH 2nd row backrest cushion onto the backrest frame, and then fasten the clips (x4) that attach the cushion to the frame.
- Fold the LH 2nd row seat to the down position.
- Install the bolts (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row backrest cushion to the back frame.
8 N.m (5.9 ft-lbs)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Connect the LH 2nd row backrest cushion heat pad electrical connector.
- Fasten the clip that attaches the LH 2nd row backrest harness to the backrest, and then connect the electrical connector.
- Install the LH 2nd row backrest LH and RH headrest guides.NOTE: Slide the guides into the backrest frame. Ensure the headrest guide locking tabs are fully engaged. Guide with adjustment button installed inboard.
- Install the LH 2nd row headrest. See Headrest - 2nd Row - LH (Remove And Replace) .
- Install the LH 2nd row back panel. See Back Panel - 2nd Row Seat - LH (Remove And Replace) .
