Latch - Seat Back - 2nd Row Seat - RH - Remove And Replace: Install
- Position the RH 2nd row seat, seat latch onto the seat assembly, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the latch to the assembly.
20 N.m (14.7 ft-lbs)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm socket
- Connect the RH 2nd row seat, seat latch electrical connector.
- Position the RH 2nd row seat shoulder plastic trim onto the seat assembly, connect the fold switch electrical connector, and then fasten the clips (x6) that attach the plastic trim to the assembly.NOTE: Align the fold switch with the frame gap to avoid damage.
- Install the clips (x3) that attach the RH 2nd row seat shoulder plastic trim to the frame assembly.
- Position the RH 2nd row seat backrest cushion onto the frame, connect the electrical connector, and then fasten the clips (x8) that attach the cushion to the frame.NOTE: Secure the lower clips, then connect backrest harness. Ensure all clips are seated.
- Fold RH 2nd row seat to the down position.
- Install the bolts (x2) that attach the RH 2nd row backrest cushion to the back frame.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Install the RH 2nd row backrest LH and RH headrest guides.NOTE: Slide the guides into the backrest frame. Ensure the headrest guide locking tabs are fully engaged. Guide with adjustment button installed inboard.
- Install the RH 2nd row headrest. See Headrest - 2nd Row - LH (Remove And Replace) .
- Install the clip that attaches the RH 2nd row seat shoulder plastic trim to the latch assembly.
- Install the RH 2nd row seat back side cover. See COVER - SIDE - SEAT BACK - 2ND ROW - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE)
- Install the RH 2nd row seat back panel. See Back Panel - 2nd Row Seat - RH (Remove And Replace) .
- Move front passenger seat to the original position.
- Raise the RH windows and close the RH doors.
