Hinge - Door - Front - Lower - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

Position the LH lower front door hinge into the vehicle.

Install the bolts that attach the LH lower front door hinge to the body.
Torque 52 N.m

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm combination wrench

Install the bolts that attach the LH lower front door hinge to the door assembly.
Torque 31 N.m

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm combination wrench

Remove the floor jack from the LH front door.
Check gap and flushness of the LH front door to surrounding components.
NOTE: Refer to CVIS for current gap/flush targets.

Use IPA wipes to clean the body side lower hinge bolts.
NOTE: Allow 1 minute of dry time.

Apply touch up paint to the body side lower hinge bolts as necessary.
