Sensor - Position - Seat Track - 1st Row Seat - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Connect the LH 1st row seat, seat track position sensor electrical connector.

  2. Move the driver seat to the original position.
  3. Release the tabs that attach the instrument panel service panel to the vehicle, and then slide the panel rearward to remove it from the vehicle.

  4. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle.
  5. In Toolbox, click Actions/Autodiag  , and then search for "Calibration".
  6. Click PROC_VCSEATD_SEAT-CALIBRATE  , and then click Run  and allow the routine to complete.
    NOTE: Make sure there are no items on the seat during this routine. Click the "X" at the top right of the window to close once complete.
  7. Disconnect Toolbox 3 and remove the laptop from vehicle.
  8. Position the instrument panel service panel into the vehicle, and then slide the panel upward to install it into the vehicle.

  9. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
