Gas Strut - Liftgate - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Use a hood prop to support the liftgate.
  3. Release the clip, and then remove the liftgate gas strut from the ball stud on the body.

  4. Release the clip, remove the liftgate gas strut from ball stud on liftgate, and then remove strut from the vehicle.
